Bill Penn

Bill has a long career of working with and representing farmers all across America in complying with the complex federal farm program eligibility rules. His career started as a central Michigan cash-crop farmer and included several years as a senior USDA official involved in administering federal farm programs. Most of his career has been as an attorney representing farmers both in helping them plan and organize their farming operations and in litigation with USDA over federal farm program payments. He now leads the Farm Program Services unit at Pinion and continues to assist farmers across the country in dealing with complex USDA programs and rules.
