Peter Cookson ACMA

Peter is currently a Commercial Finance Director at ViiV Healthcare, a specialist pharmaceutical company 100% dedicated to HIV medicines and research, based in Durham, North Carolina. Previously, Peter was the GSK finance lead on the Demerger of Haleon from GSK based in London, working closely with advisors and auditors to prepare the financial statements and other financial information required for the GSK Circular and Haleon's listing documents. Prior to this, he worked as an M&A advisor at a US investment bank and in Corporate Development at GSK, primarily working on biopharma and consumer healthcare transactions. He is an alumni of the GSK Future Leaders Program and has previous international experience in Japan.
