Kevin Kolter

Kevin Kolter is a Senior Product Manager for Empower. In his role, he oversees product development and management for the plan sponsor digital experience, reporting, and plan data analytics. His current efforts center around the product alignment and integration of Empower's acquisition of the recordkeeping business of Mass Mutual and Prudential.

Kevin has been with Empower since 2011 and has held a verity of roles including product management, client service management, and participant services. He has managed a book of business working directly with plan sponsors, advisors, third-party administrators, and auditors, helping administrator their day-to-day plan administration. He also has a deep background in robotic process automation focused on operational efficiency and improving the client-experience.

Kevin holds a bachelor's in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MBA in management from Concordia University Wisconsin. He currently maintains the FINRA Series 6 securities registration. Kevin is also a recipient of the "Rising Star" award by the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA) for his efforts in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
