Teresa Fountain

Teresa Fountain has held the position of CFO for the Cardinale Group of Companies for over 18 years. Cardinale, with stores in California, Arizona and Nevada, has grown to 25 franchises with over a 1 billion in annual revenue during her tenure. In 2022 she facilitated three new point openings and two acquisitions. With nearly 40 years in the business, including 'boots on the ground' experience performing every role in a dealership, coupled with vast systems knowledge she has developed a micro system management with a 30,000 foot perspective across multi-platforms. The most rewarding part of her career has been the ability to mentor and coach others, creating an internal controller and staffing pipeline.
