Steven is a director in the M&A Tax Group in PwC's Houston office. Steven participated in a two year tour in the Washington National Tax Services (WNTS) M&A Tax Practice within PwC. WNTS is the technical core of PwC's tax practice
Steven's practice focuses advising on tax-free reorganizations, spin-offs and similar transactions, the cross-border implications of corporate transactions, redemption transactions, global restructurings, and taxable acquisitions. Further, Steven advises on renewable energy credits and the corresponding monetization strategies associated with renewable energy credits (e.g., tax equity financing, direct pay, and transferability).
Steven holds a Bachelors' of Science degree in accounting from the University of Florida and Master's degree in accounting with a specialization in tax from the University of Houston. Steven is a Certified Public Accountant.
