Addison Holmes, CPA is a Vice President at Pickering Energy Partners (PEP), specializing in ESG Advisory. Addison joined PEP after spending three years at Nasdaq, where she ran a multi-million-dollar book of advisory business, managed a team of analysts, and specialized in helping corporates navigate the capital markets landscape that is evolving as a result of ESG trends. 

Addison has a robust background in data & analytics and has architected data platforms for both regulatory organizations as well as large corporations. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has achieved the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing. She is also a Level III CFA Exam Candidate. She holds a BBA with a concentration in Business Analytics and MS in Accounting from George Washington University.
