Angela Dingle is President and CEO of Ex Nihilo ( []), a management and technology consultancy specializing in governance, cyber security, management consulting, and leadership development. An award winning business owner, she brings to bear 25+ years of experience consulting in the public and private sector where she has managed over $40 million dollars in consulting engagements. Angela has served as a featured guest on Federal News Radio's Women in Government Series, the Woman Behind the Business radio talk show and as a contributing author for Washington Technology Magazine. Angela is the Chairman of the Board for Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) and is a member of the Institute for Management Consultants (IMC USA), ISACA and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University, Bowie, MD, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DeVry University, Columbus, OH. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), is Certified in the Governance of Information Technology (CGEIT), and is a Certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner.
