Angela Dingle is President and CEO of Ex Nihilo (www.exnihilo-mgmt.com [http://www.exnihilo-mgmt.com]), a management and technology consultancy specializing in governance, cyber security, management consulting, and leadership development. An award winning business owner, she brings to bear 25+ years of experience consulting in the public and private sector where she has managed over $40 million dollars in consulting engagements. She holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University, Bowie, MD, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DeVry University, Columbus, OH. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), is Certified in the Governance of Information Technology (CGEIT), and is a Certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner.
