Nicole D. Lyons CPA/CFF, CVA

Nicole is a partner in the Forensic and Valuation Services Department of WithumSmith+Brown in the firm's Princeton, NJ office. She is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York, certified in financial forensics, and a certified valuation analyst. With expertise in business valuation and forensic accounting, Nicole specializes in shareholder/partner disputes, matrimonial litigation, damage assessment engagements and corporate investigations. A graduate from Villanova University with a BS degree in accounting and a minor in Spanish, Nicole is a recognized expert throughout the State of New Jersey in the commercial litigation and matrimonial litigation arenas. As an active member of her community and profession, Nicole is also a Committee member of the Princeton Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Alliance (WIBA), member of the AICPA FVS Executive Committee, and member of the AICPA FVS Conference Planning Committee. She resides in Monmouth County, NJ.
