Dan Delaney received his B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Illinois - Urbana in 1986, and his J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago in 1989. He has tried and arbitrated cases across the country, specializing in high-stakes commercial litigation primarily in the areas of antitrust, securities, merger and acquisition disputes, and accountants' liability.
