As Academic & Diversity Outreach Director for the Virginia Society of CPAs, I wear many hats: thought leader, program manager, mentor, facilitator. I've planned events, chaired committees, led strategic planning initiatives, managed strategic partnerships, and mentored students and faculty.

While my roles often vary day-to-day (sometimes hour-by-hour - it's a good thing adaptability comes easily!), the projects I manage all need one thing in order to succeed: solid relationships. As a life-long connector, my greatest accomplishments have been driven by my ability to: relate to others with perceptiveness and empathy; quickly understand group dynamics and uncover points of commonality and harmony between individuals with differing opinions; and build communities that are focused, cohesive, and mission-driven.

Outside of work, you can find me training for running and biking events, discovering new music, going to concerts, getting out in nature and traveling the world.
