Ashley Fearn IOM

Ashley Fearn first joined GWSCPA in 2009 as the Finance and Administrative Assistant, having previously worked for a non-Profit think tank as their Finance Assistant. After a brief time away from the Society, she re-joined in 2014 as the Manager of Events and Sponsorships. In 2016, she was promoted to Operations Director. In that role, she manages day to day bookkeeping, liaises with our contracted CPA and other consultants, manages our communications efforts and supports programs. She is an alumna of Salisbury University and received the IOM credential in 2020 from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, a comprehensive course of study in nonprofit management. Ashley is very active with her local church and serves in the communications and social media role with their women's ministry, along with volunteering her time to assist with live streaming and A/V needs. Ashley currently resides in Crofton, MD with her two young children.
