Brian Myers CPA

Mr. Myers has been with Crowe since February, 2010, serving in the State and Local Tax Practice as the leader of the state and local income tax practice area. Mr. Myers has over 35 years of state income/franchise tax experience. His experience includes extensive merger integration work, review and analysis of the tax implications of proposed business reorganizations, analysis of state tax filings for refunds and prospective favorable filing positions, and representation of clients in state tax controversies. Prior to joining Crowe, Brian served in the national tax department of a Big 4 firm, overseeing design, implementation and quality control for major domestic restructuring projects.
