Eliot is an experienced director PwC's Deals practice focusing on capital markets transactions and accounting advisory services.. He has been with PwC for more than 13 years working with public and private companies across capital markets and accounting advisory projects. He has assisted clients in various capital markets transactions (e.g., IPOs, debt offerings, divestitures) as well as technical accounting topics such as revenue recognition and leasing. Prior to joining TS-CMAAS, Eliot was a manager in PwC's audit practice supporting multi-national SEC registrants. Eliot earned his bachelor degree from Bucknell University and is a CPA licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
