Bernie Wieger

Bernie is a Partner in the Technology Assurance – Audit practice, based in KPMG’s Kansas City office. With more than 35 years of risk management experience, Bernie has developed an in-depth knowledge of business processes, related risks and the design of business controls to manage those risks. He has managed a wide range of assurance level services and projects from attestation reporting to third party risk management (TPRM) services in a variety of industries. Bernie has assisted clients in reviewing their TPRM program as well as assist them in developing processes to respond to client TPR inquiries. Bernie has conducted numerous SOC reports for clients which enabled them to present their control environment in a concise manner to their customers.
