VP, Planning & Analysis, Prudential Financial

Christi currently oversees the Cost Optimization & Performance Measurement (COPM) teams for the US Insurance & Retirement Businesses, Centralized Services, and Corporate Functions at Prudential.

Prior to this role, Christi was responsible for leading Prudential’s enterprise expense transformation efforts. In this capacity she was the Chief Product Owner, leading four agile teams responsible for creating a dynamic expense management infrastructure to deliver clean, timely, and transparent data to better enable business decisions and enhance the end-user experience.

Earlier in her career, Christi spent 18 years in PGIM, where she held various roles including leading the PGIM COPM team. Christi joined Prudential in 2002, as an accounting associate in Operations where she spent one year before joining PGIM Private Capital as a credit analyst. Christi leveraged her financial modeling skills to move to a planning and analysis role within PGIM Investments. She later moved to PGIM Fixed Income where she continued to grow her finance responsibilities ranging from impairment analysis, controllership functions, strategic investments, AUM reporting, as well as FP&A.

Christi holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The College of New Jersey with certificates in International Business and Economics.
