Brandon Brown

Brandon has 20+ years of experience assisting organizations with their internal auditing, compliance, and system control requirements, working with significant financial services and technology clients. He is responsible for Deloitte's national program of quality and risk management for Service Organization Controls (SOC) attestation services. He leads SOC 1 and SOC 2 engagements at prominent technology, cloud services, and blockchain clients. He also serves a quality assurance role for SOC 1 and SOC 2 engagements with large asset management clients.

Prior to joining Deloitte, he served as Director of Audit & Risk Management for a global provider of Internet authentication and digital signature solutions to banking organizations. He also has managed the financial and technology internal auditing functions of a $23 billion regional bank.

Brandon is licensed as a CPA in the State of Utah. He also is a Certified Information Systems Auditor. He represents Deloitte with the AICPA in working groups addressing SOC 2 standards.
