She focuses on tax technical issues with an emphasis on compensation issues arising in connection with mergers and acquisitions including Section 280G golden parachute payments, transaction deduction timing, equity compensation, and executive compensation. Prior to joining RSM's compensation and benefits group, Nicole spent five years in the RSM tax practice, where she focused on partnership tax but was exposed to individual, Corporate, S Corp, and Tax-Exempt Organization reporting.
