She is also a skilled executive leadership coach with pLink Leadership. With over 20 years of experience in commercial learning and talent management. She held positions including Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Head of Commercial Training VP Talent Management in organizations such as Chubb Insurance Group, Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca and United Therapeutics. In her current role as a speaker, coach and facilitator Ranieka, has worked in the for profit and not for profit space as well as the federal government and within one of the nation's largest unions. Ranieka is passionate about empowering underrepresented professionals who may be struggling to contribute their opinions and ideas, feel welcome at the table, and ask for what they deserve from compensation to respect.
