Lisa Cribben leads the valuation and transaction services area for Hawkins Ash CPAs and has worked with companies all over the United States with their valuation and business sale and purchase transaction needs for the past 25 years.  Lisa is also active in the AICPA FVS group as the Co-Chair this year for the FVS Conference and participating on various AICPA FVS committees over the past 10 years.  Lisa has extensive experience in testifying in court on valuation and other financial matters. Lisa is a frequent speaker on valuation and transition planning topics.
