Heather A. Tullar CPA, ABV, CFF

Heather Tullar, ASA, CPA/ABV/CFF, MBA − Engagement Manager / Review Ms. Tullar is a Senior Vice President with VRC, specializing in the areas of business and intangible asset valuation and litigation support. Prior to joining VRC, she was a Director with Delphi Valuation Advisors, Inc. for nearly four years, until Delphi was sold to VRC in July 2015. Prior to that, Heather was the founder and President of Valiant Metrics, Inc. for one year; the Director of the Boston business valuation and litigation practice of McGladrey (now RSM) for three years; and a Senior Manager with The Michel-Shaked Group, a boutique litigation consulting and valuation firm, for ten years. She has also served as the Finance Manager for a university based venture capital and technology transfer office. Heather earned a Master of Business Administration (“MBA”) degree with a Concentration in Finance (awarded with High Honors) from the Graduate School of Management of Boston University in 2001 and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1989. Heather is accredited by the American Society of Appraisers as an Accredited Senior Appraiser (“ASA”). She passed all four parts of the CPA exam in her first sitting, and is licensed in both Massachusetts and North Carolina as a Certified Public Accountant, and is accredited in business valuations and certified in financial forensics (“CPA/ABV/CFF”). Ms. Tullar also chairs the American Association of Certified Public Accountants’ Business Valuation Committee.
