Tracy is a Partner in PwC's Deals practice and is the US Energy Sector Capital Market and Accounting Advisory Services Leader, based in Houston.
Tracy assists companies to enter the US capital markets and to complete both domestic and cross border transactions, including significant acquisitions or divestitures. Tracy assists companies effectuating divestiture programs, including the development of carveout financial statement and pro forma financial information. Tracy also provides ongoing advice and consultation on complex US GAAP/GAAS and SEC rules and regulations, which includes assisting audit and non-audit management teams in their preparation of registration statements and periodic filings to be filed with the SEC.
Tracy has more than 20 years of experience assisting companies in numerous industries including upstream oil and natural gas, midstream and gathering, refining, natural gas storage, oil field services, chemicals and power and utilities, retail and consumer goods, general contracting and infrastructure construction, retail and consumers, manufacturing and pharma/life sciences.
