Jack Collins

Jack was appointed president of bpx energy in July 2020 after serving as senior vice president and chief financial officer since December 2014. In October 2020, Jack was appointed to the Board of Directors and in March 2021 was appointed Chief Financial Officer of BP Midstream Partners. Jack also serves on the Board of Directors of BP America Production Company, the holding company for BPX Energy.

Prior to joining BP, Jack served as Executive Director of Finance and Investor Relations at Denbury Resources and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PostRock Energy, both publicly-traded independent E&P companies. Prior to those roles, he worked for A.G. Edwards & Sons, a national, full-service brokerage firm, as a securities research analyst covering the energy industry including the independent E&P, upstream master limited partnership, and oilfield service sub-sectors.

Jack earned a BA in Economics with a business emphasis from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Jack is involved in various philanthropic enterprises including serving on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement – Rocky Mountain.
