Matt Ladegaard

Matt has been with Target for 11 years and currently serves as Vice President, Finance Operations, where he manages the payroll, accounts payable/receivable and sales audit activities. Prior to that, he led the internal audit function and parts of the controllership and financial planning & analysis teams. Before joining Target, Matt spent several years in controllership and external financial reporting leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group and was an audit senior manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Matt is passionate about team leadership, continuous learning & development, mentorship & sponsorship and building high-performing & diverse teams.
