Fran Federman

Fran R. Federman is currently the Founder of F2 Capital Partners in November 2022, specializing in real estate private equity. Previously, Ms. Federman had the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IQHQ since March 2021. Ms. Federman played a key role in all aspects of finance, accounting, IT, tax, strategy, and investor relations. Prior to joining IQHQ, Ms. Federman served as Vice President of Capital Markets at Ventas, Inc. since 2015 and as Managing Director and Founder of the Ventas Life Science and Healthcare Real Estate Fund, an open-end fund focused on life science, medical office buildings and senior housing communities. Ms. Federman also previously served as the Director of Global Treasury and Capital Markets for Terraform Global, including during its IPO, a renewable energy focused on the solar, wind, and hydro assets in China, India, Brazil, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and South Africa, and she spent 6 years with Prologis, a global industrial REIT in various roles from 2009 to 2014, most recently as Director of Global Capital Markets. Ms. Federman received her Bachelor of Science in Finance with Highest Honors from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and her Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Additionally, Ms. Federman serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA) and on the Board of Directors of One Tail at a Time, an animal rescue.
