Sara Bridwell is CohnReznick's Chief People Officer with responsibility for leading the vision, strategy, and organizational structure for the firm's People & Culture team. In this role, she oversees the Centers of Excellence for talent management, talent acquisition, benefits and rewards, and overall People & Culture operations. Serving as the HR Business Partner to the CEO, Sara ensures that talent objectives are fully aligned with the firm's business strategies while helping to integrate innovative, people-centric technologies and analytics into the CohnReznick workplace culture.
In her role as Chief People Officer, Sara oversees recruiting and retention strategies. She is responsible for the professional growth activities for the firm, provides organizational development consulting to firm leaders, oversees all HR governance activities, and champions a high-performance culture within the People & Culture organization.
Before joining CohnReznick, Sara served as Chief People Officer for a Virginia-based, 700-person professional services consulting firm where she helped maintain that firm's entrepreneurial culture while developing talent acquisition and retention strategies. Before that, she was Managing Principal for a consulting firm serving company CEOs and HR leaders, helping them align their talent strategies with their values and growth objectives. Sara also served as Director of Human Resources for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and in various HR positions for a Big 4 firm, including Human Resources Director in the firm's U.S. tax practice.
