Lesley Mast

Lesley Mast is a principal at Rea & Associates, a top 100 accounting firm. She has grown with the firm, starting out as a tax associate and rising to various leadership positions. Currently, she serves as the firm's first Project Manager. Her job responsibilities include serving as Business Analyst and Team Manager for the RPA team, as well as managing the integration of merged firms into Rea. Lesley has her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, as well as her CPA license and bachelor and master's degrees from Bowling Green State University. She also serves on several board of director positions, for a profit & 2 non-profit organizations.
