Tara D. Thomas CPA

Tara has more than twelve years of tax experience, which includes assisting clients with tax planning, research and general tax compliance. Her tax compliance experience includes the preparation and review of federal and state corporate, partnership, individual and fiduciary income tax returns. While Tara is experienced in working with a variety of industries, she spends the majority of her time working with dealership groups, from single-point stores to larger, multi-store groups, including private equity groups and family offices. In addition to providing dealership tax services, Tara also has experience in dealership-specific estate planning and M&A transaction services.
