I have provided expert testimony on accounting, damages/lost profits, financial internal control issues in commercial litigation matters, and money laundering/terrorist financing. I've appeared before the United States Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Industry Regulation Authority (FINRA), & the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) to present my findings. I have also served as a trial consultant helping frame strategy around complex issues - like revenue recognition.

I have led global compliance initiatives, fraud risk assessments, internal audits, 3rd party risk management initiatives.

I have deep expertise in accounting (GAAP), auditing (GAAS/PCAOB) & SEC matters. I have worked with the company, its auditors, management, & regulators on highly technical and complex issues. I am proud to say that I have written numerous articles throughout my career. One of my most notable achievements was being published in the Journal of Forensic & Investigative Accounting back in 2019. More recently, in 2023, I had the privilege of being a contributing author for the new COSO Fraud Risk Management Guide. This was a tremendous honor for me, as this guide is widely recognized as a valuable resource for professionals all over the world.
