Rebecca Carey (Becky) is the head of the Bank Controller, Accounting Policy and Reporting organization at JPMorgan Chase & Co, which is a global team responsible for a variety of functions, including the legal entity controllership for several of the firm's major legal entities, establishing global accounting and disclosure policies, and the submission of the firm's consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements to the SEC on Forms 10-Q and 10-K. The organization defines and maintains US GAAP and IFRS-based policies for the Firm and consults on their application, provides accounting and reporting guidance on specific line of business transactions and products, advises on Firm acquisitions and divestitures, and interfaces globally with standard setters and regulators on accounting and reporting matters.

Becky previously served as the head of Risk Controllers. She was responsible for firmwide governance of the allowance for credit losses estimations, execution and oversight of internal controls to drive integrity of critical Risk data used in external reporting, and governance of Finance-related programs for Risk Management & Compliance, including External Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, CCAR CFO Attestation program ("CCAP") and the SOX controls program. Becky joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the head of SEC Reporting in 2013.

She has 20 years of experience in both controller roles as well as public accounting, having begun her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Becky is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Le Moyne College with a degree in Accounting. She resides in Belle Harbor, New York with her husband and their three children.
