Bill Goselin

Bill Goselin is an Analyst in the Payroll Tax Compliance group within Risk Management for Paychex, Inc., based in Rochester, NY. Bill and his team are responsible for maintaining relationships with Federal, State, and Local agencies for payroll and tax filing matters, to ensure that all payroll tax compliance requirements are adequately incorporated within our systems and operational processes. Bill is currently the liaison between the U.S. government tax agencies and Paychex, where he helps the company and its clients maintain compliance with Federal payroll tax laws.
