Jennifer Schultz, CPA, is the COO and CFO of the Illinois CPA Society.
She is the responsible for the oversight of the organization's operations in addition to being the chief financial executive.
During her tenure at the Society, Jennifer has been responsible for the oversight of all educational programming, membership activities and chapter operations. Her responsibilities also encompass the Society's professional standards functions, including its participation in the Joint Ethics Enforcement Program and Peer Review Administration Program with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Prior to joining the Illinois CPA Society in 1990, Jennifer was with the national public accounting firm of McGladrey LLP (now RSM US LLP). As an audit manager, she specialized in the banking, manufacturing and not-for-profit industries.
Jennifer received her bachelor of business administration degree from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa in 1983, and received her CPA certification in May, 1983. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, the American Society of Association Executives, and Financial Executives International.
