Kamal Webster has more than ten years of diversity, equity and inclusion consulting experience, more than ten years of leadership experience, more than ten years of learning & development experience. Kamal holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology with a concentration in performance improvement and adult learning theories as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. 

In his current role of Sr. Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, Kamal is responsible for delivering effective, strategic solutions that helps organizations achieve its business, culture & engagement and DEI objectives.
