Elizabeth Brown
Assistant Director, Student and Diversity Initiatives, Illinois CPA Society
Elizabeth Brown joined ICPAS in September 2018 and serves as the Assistant Director of Student & Diversity Initiatives. She is responsible for programs and opportunities aimed at increasing the pipeline of future CPAs and advancing diversity and inclusion in the CPA profession. Elizabeth oversees college student outreach and engagement strategies, partnerships designed to support students and future CPAs, and educator relationships. She also manages scholarships and outreach efforts to encourage underrepresented minority students to consider accounting as a career choice, as well as training and mentoring efforts that support the success of diverse young professionals in the workplace.
