Mary Dronson

Mary Dronson serves as a Corporate Segment Team Leader, SVP and Senior Account Executive in Marsh's Corporate Segment group. Her responsibilities include the deployment of Marsh resources to address clients' risk management needs with tailored solutions. With her background in finance and international business, Mary understands the unique risk drivers and takes a holistic approach to identify and analyze exposures to various risks. This understanding and access to Marsh's analytics, market capabilities and experts allows her to provide various options to protect clients' balance sheets. Mary specializes in both domestic and global risk program design and placement for most lines of insurance.

Mary re-joined Marsh in January of 2016. Prior to re-joining Marsh, Mary spent 17 years at another major broker in various roles including Global Account Executive and Director of Surety. Her career began in Finance, building the foundation as a client service partner to diverse and complex corporations.

Mary has a BBA, Accounting from Temple University, Fox School of Business. She is a Board Member of the Philadelphia Children's Alliance since 2020, Co-Chair on Marsh's National AE Council and Chair of the Women's Exchange Group for Marsh's Philadelphia Branch.
