Nathan DiNatale CPA/ABV

Nathan E. DiNatale is currently a Signing Director for the Forensic & Valuation Services group in Baltimore, MD. He has 26 years of business experience, including financial statement audits, forensic accounting, business consulting, business valuation and expert witness testimony. He has been involved in a variety of valuation and litigation assignments such as financial reporting, fairness opinions, tax‐driven, shareholder dispute, damage claims, and lost profits analysis. His testimony has ranged from business disputes and economic damages to business valuation matters. Mr. DiNatale has performed financial statement audits and consulting services across many industries including services‐based businesses, biotechnology, healthcare, technology and manufacturing.


Prior to joining CliftonLarsonAllen, Mr. DiNatale led the business valuation and litigation services division at a regional accounting firm where he specialized in fair value. He is also active in both state and national accounting organizations and is the immediate past chairman of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Business Valuation Committee and immediate past co‐chairman of the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Conference.
