Ms. Huck has the innate ability to teach and educate her clients on how the spoken word and complicated facts can be integrated together into a compelling visually persuasive story. She also incorporates her successful communication skills and design talent. In the forefront of her trademarked process, Persuasive Information Design®, Ms. Huck has combined her personal experiences with her educational and professional work to create a very successful and proven process. This process continues to help her storytellers connect with their audiences and promotes them to be the most persuasive messengers in their field. The Equation of Persuasion™, another trademarked process Ms. Huck created and uses, is achieved by working with her clients to combine the audio and visual elements of their cases to strengthen retention levels of their audiences. Ms. Huck also educates her clients how best to create relationships and build trust with their audience. By developing theme and storylines, Ms. Huck helps set the stage for her clients’ specific demographic audience, so they are more apt to engage and relate to the subject matter presented. Then by bringing the facts to life in a visually persuasive manner, her ultimate visual goal is to align the story that ultimately guides an audience towards a favorable decision for her clients. Ms. Huck’s expertise in persuasive communications includes such projects and litigation such as, Fidelity Investments, ExxonMobil’s Point Thomson Drilling Project (Alaska), Yellow Cab, LAUSD, Lloyds of London, DIRECTV to high profile criminal cases that have included Enron and state cases against Scott Peterson, and Kobe Bryant respectively. Ms. Huck has developed and trademarked this uncharted territory in design and communications after observing that it is an important missing link in communications today. Over her career she has helped others win hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts as well as moving billion dollar projects forward. Ms. Huck’s impressive client list includes but is not limited to the U.S. Department of Justice, ExxonMobil, Broadcom, Boeing, Amway, Fair Isaac, Securities Exchange Commission, DIRECTV, Fidelity Investments, Kaiser Foundation, Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Lamps Plus, State of California, and the State of Colorado. The firm has been retained by some of the nation’s most prestigious law firms that include, O’Melveny Myers, Kirkland & Ellis, Skadden Arps, Irell & Manella, King Spaulding, Winston Strawn, Brinks Hofer, Jeffer Mangels Butler & Marmaro, Greenberg Traurig, and Fulbright & Jaworski. Ms. Huck’s professional experience includes owning her own graphic design company called “Huck Design” in Chicago where she maintained large advertising accounts. Additionally, she worked as the Creative Director for Litigation Consulting both firms in Chicago and Los Angeles. She possesses a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from Ohio University.
