Ms. Stecher is a director in KPMG's Washington National Tax practice. She provides technical support regarding executive compensation, nonqualified deferred compensation, golden parachutes, and fringe benefits. Ms. Stecher acts as a liaison with the KPMG's Federal Tax Legislative and Regulatory Services Group regarding pending legislation and guidance in the employee benefits area. Ms. Stecher is involved with KPMG's compensation and benefits thought leadership for both internal and external publications.
Ms. Stecher graduated with a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law. She received her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law.
