An experienced professional in the field of HR Outsourcing, Lisa has 15 years' experience in human resources. Prior to joining Paychex, Lisa held several roles in an internal HR environment, where she found her passion for helping businesses thrive through the development and support of their HR infrastructure. She supports clients in a range of industries, and partners with their business by taking a proactive and strategic business partner approach in their HR initiatives, such as compliance, training, benefits and her favorite, employee relations. Lisa is a Human Resources Consultant that has provided HR support to our clients in the Chicagoland area for the past 6 years.
