Nick has over 11 years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services primarily to companies organized as Partnerships. Nick's client base primarily consists of real estate developers, construction companies, private equity owned portfolio companies and professional service firms.
Nick is a trusted business advisor who has extensive professional experience consulting on all matters involving pass-through entity taxation. Nick works closely with clients to provide tax planning strategies and alternatives, determine tax minimizing accounting methods, and help ensure they are in compliance with mandatory filings.
In addition to his responsibilities in client management, Nick is the co-leader of BDO's Greater Washington DC real estate practice.
Prior to joining BDO USA, LLC (BDO), Nick served as a senior tax associate at Argy, Wiltse and Robinson, P.C. Nick also worked at a Big Four firm in the corporate tax group, where his main responsibilities included providing tax provision and compliance services for private and publicly traded companies.
