Matt wants to make work better for accountants. He is a national consultant, partner coach and speaker on CPA firm management, strategy and partnership issues. Matt is a Principal at Rampe Consulting. Before consulting, Matt worked in corporate finance and at public accounting firms doing business valuation and litigation support. Matt lives in Michigan with his wife Kristen and two sons.
