Lindsay Holliday

Lindsay is a Managing Director in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services group at EY. She provides a variety of financial accounting and reporting assistance to clients. Lindsay has worked on diagnostic and gap analysis engagements for the adoption of new accounting standards and complex transactions for energy clients. She has advised clients on issues arising from the emergence from bankruptcy and application of fresh start accounting. Lindsay has extensive experience in the management of the monthly financial close and reporting process including SEC filings. She has managed and was responsible for an oil and gas company’s internal controls and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements related to external reporting and technical accounting matters. Lindsay is a certified public accountant licensed in Colorado and a member of the AICPA.
