Brenda M. Clarke CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA

Brenda M. Clarke, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA is a partner at the firm Seigneur Gustafson LLP. She is a graduate from the University of Colorado in Boulder where she earned a BS in Business Administration in 1993. Brenda is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. She holds the AICPA specialty designations of Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). Ms. Clarke is an adjunct professor at the University of Denver and has published numerous articles on taxation and business valuation related subjects. Currently she is Chair of NACVA's Litigation and Forensics Board. She is also currently on the AICPA Family Law Task Force and is on the Family Law Conference planning committee.
