Margaret Burow serves as an attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel, Passthroughs & Special Industries, where she specialize in tax matters related to partnerships, S corporations, and fiduciary income taxation of trusts and estates. Prior to her tenure in Chief Counsel, Ms. Burow worked in Transaction Tax at Ernst & Young LLP Tax, Tax Notes International at Tax Analysts, Tax at Bloomberg BNA, and Mergers & Acquisitions Tax at KPMG LLP. Ms. Burow also served as an attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel, Large Business & International and Small Business & Self-Employed divisions. Ms. Burow received a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College.
