Kevin D. Kreb CPA, CFF, CFE

Kevin Kreb is a Partner in the Chicago office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Kreb specializes in conducting forensic accounting investigations. He has conducted investigations relating to asset misappropriation and fraudulent financial reporting issues at both public and private companies including work on large investment scheme investigations. Mr. Kreb also specializes in the resolution of disputes arising from merger and acquisition transactions. On numerous occasions, he has served in the capacity of sole arbitrator, special assistant to arbitrators, or on a panel of arbitrators. He regularly consults with clients regarding contract language and the resolution of purchase price disputes and earn-out provisions through negotiation and arbitration and in formulating positions and preparing written statements of position submitted in arbitration proceedings. Mr. Kreb obtained his Bachelors degree in Accounting from Iowa State University and his Masters in Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He is a CPA, CFF and CFE.
