Kristin Fraser CPA

Kristin is the Managing Partner for the KPMG Providence Office and Audit partner servicing clients within KPMG's Boston Business Unit. She is also responsible for overseeing the delivery of high quality client service, development of marketplace strategy, attracting and retaining key resources, and representing the firm in the marketplace and community for the Greater Rhode Island and Southeast Massachusetts market. She has over 25 years of experience providing financial statement audit and audit of internal control services to public and private companies.

Kristin is very active in the Rhode Island business community and is involved with numerous charitable organizations. She currently serves as a board member for the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce, the American Heart Association of Southern New England and trustee and executive committee of the Providence Foundation. She is a former board member of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, Junior Achievement of Rhode Island and Dorcas Family Literacy Center. Kristin is also a graduate of Leadership Rhode Island and is a Rhode Island Commodore.
Kristin has been recognized locally in her market over the years as a Providence Business News "Women to Watch" in 2008 and "Industry Leader" in 2012.
