Heather Townsend CPA, CFP, CSLP

Heather Townsend started Townsend Financial in February 2018  and currently lives in sunny Scottsdale, AZ with her husband. She specializes in working with clients that are in their asset accumulation stage that have stock compensation or are small-business owners. She graduated from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business, with a BS in Accountancy. She then worked in the San Francisco and NYC offices at Ernst & Young advising high net-worth individuals and Fortune 500 companies. In London, she served as Financial Director for a top-end property development firm, counseling owners on the best ways to use profits. As Heather went through her career helping companies become wealthier, she noticed that a lot of her friends were coming to her for financial advice. She would get so consumed with helping them accomplish their financial goals and saw the difference it made in their lives that that's when she knew her new life's mission. And from there, launched Townsend Financial to help people. She is a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™), CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CSLP® (Certified Student Loan Professional).
