Jonathan Sears is a Principal in the People Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. He is a seasoned executive with broad international and domestic experience and demonstrated success delivering business value for industry leading companies. His diverse technology experience includes end-to-end ERP and HCM projects as well as cloud-based technologies focused on Organization & Workforce Transformation, Change Management, Learning, Culture, Leadership and Employee Experience.

In addition to operating as a trusted advisor to many of the world's largest and most complex organizations, Jonathan is a published author and accomplished speaker. Jonathan was selected to the inaugural Top 100 HR Technology Influencers list in 2019 by Human Resources Executive and was again recognized as part of the Top 100 list in 2020. This exclusive list recognizes those individuals who are driving large-scale success across workforce technology programs, as well as those that are influencing the innovation and direction of the workforce technology market. He joined EY in September 2016 after a 16-year career with a global HR consulting firm where, most recently, he was the Global Services Leader of their HR Software and Data business.

Today, Jonathan spends much of his time working to help organizations bring digital solutions, automation and emerging technology to solve a myriad of workforce issues. In the past 12 months, he has led teams that have successfully delivered work that included RPA, conversational AI, machine learning and natural language processing technology. Finally, Jonathan is active as a strategic advisor to a number of HR technology companies - speaking as a thought leader to their executive teams, and helping them to prioritize their investments and product roadmap to maximize adoption and success with their clients.
