Charles Solomon is the managing principal of BEYOND Consulting, a freelance management consulting firm focused on organization transformation and development of a workforce/talent strategy to support the broader enterprise digital transformation strategy. He provides business strategy, workforce transformation and people/talent learning and development program development consulting advisory services.
Charles was previously the Global Program Manager for the HP Inc. Finance People Experience Program (PEP), with responsibility for driving Global Project Managers' development, on-going maintenance, and operation of the Program's global initiatives and infrastructure projects. His accomplishments include originating the operating framework for the global People Experience Program and architecting the overarching people transformation and change management initiative - Global Finance Skills of the Future. He also managed six HP Finance external and internal partner relationships including The Hackett Group, Gartner, Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA), and the Association of Talent Development (ATD).
Mr. Solomon has over 20 years of strategic finance experience in Fortune 100 and smaller entrepreneurial companies spanning the Technology, Entertainment, and Energy industry sectors.
He has been a featured session presenter at the 2019 Association of Finance Professionals (AFP) FinNext Conference, The Hackett Group 2018 Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) & Business Intelligence (BI) Leadership Forum, and was recently featured as an industry expert in the July 2020 The Hackett Group Finance Executive Insights Q&A "COVID-19 Highlights Finance Talent Demands".
