Brian Hickey

Brian Hickey is a Principal in EY's People Advisory Services (PAS) practice. Brian has over 20 years of experience with transformation and change, both as a consultant and as an executive in industry where he led several large-scale transformation programs and served in leadership roles in HR and Finance. At EY, Brian works with clients to advance their people agenda and advises on change management, organization and operating model design, and workforce planning and transformation.

Brian received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also serves as adjunct faculty.
