Sam Wren, CPA, has more than 30 years of experience in tax planning and compliance for partnerships, corporations and individuals. Currently serving as the partner-in-charge of quality and risk management for Weaver's tax services, Sam is responsible for quality assurance over the firm's business tax services nationwide. He has extensive experience serving companies in the energy and real estate industries.
As an active member of the Petroleum Accounting Society of Fort Worth, Sam remains on the forefront of industry and regulation changes. He is also a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, in addition to holding several leadership roles with community and civic organizations. Sam earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas Christian University.
